Pesticide immunity shield legislation in Wyoming – SF 74
 
Bayer-backed SF 74 would gut Wyoming citizens’ rights and make EPA’s flawed pesticide labels the last word, even when new dangers are known. 
 
Under the current law, if a pesticide label is registered but false or misleading, WY citizens have a right to hold the company accountable. 
 
SF 74 takes away that right to be fully informed of a pesticide’s dangers. If the EPA registered the pesticide, you could no longer sue even if the registration was based on fraud, is out of date, or resulted from collusion between the manufacturer and the EPA.

We deserve to know the truth about how Monsanto's herbicide Roundup has made us a devastatingly sick population.
